Data on OTC derivative transactions now available on Bank of Russia website

To make the financial market more transparent, the Bank of Russia begins publishing anonymised data on over-the-counter (OTC) derivative contracts that are ruble interest rate swaps.
The statistics cover the period from 1 January to 11 September 2026 and are based on the information received from market participants as part of the data provided by National Settlement Depository. The Bank of Russia will update the statistics every Tuesday, with a lag of seven calendar days.
In the future, the regulator plans to expand the statistics on OTC derivative transactions. Detailed information will help market participants build more accurate forecast models and manage their risks more efficiently.
