Monitoring businesses: expectations improve, while business sentiment remains unchanged

The Bank of Russia’s Business Climate Index came in at −2.3 p in September vs −2.4 p in August. Companies’ output and demand expectations for the next three months were up for the second month in a row.
Businesses’ price expectations rose in September, while their estimates of lending conditions declined as compared to August, due to tighter non-price conditions.
