Monitoring sectoral financial flows: payments drop in July

In July, the average daily amount of incoming payments made through the Bank of Russia Payment System declined by 3.4% compared to the average level of 2026 Q2.
Excluding mining and quarrying, manufacture of refined petroleum products, and general government, receipts rose by 1.4%.
Payment growth was recorded in consumer demand sectors, with a decline in receipts observed across other major industry groups.
