News

Amid rising yields, individuals' purchases of corporate bonds reached a new high of ₽162 billion, considerably exceeding their demand for OFZs and shares. Corporate bonds remained the most profitable instrument in the Russian market since early 2026 and over the past 12 months.

In June, volatility grew across all segments of the Russian market with trading volumes rising as well. After several months of strengthening, the ruble returned to its average level over the past 12 months. Bond yields were up, primarily in the medium- and long-term segments of the curve, making long-term bonds with fixed income more attractive to investors. Stock indices continued to decline.
