Bank of Russia and National Bank of Kazakhstan sign memorandum of cooperation

Specifically, the regulators plan to expand their cooperation and information exchange to detect, prevent, curb, and analyse fraudulent transactions, including those conducted using cross-border money transfer solutions.

The regulators have agreed to set up a bilateral task force responsible for implementing the measures stipulated in the memorandum. Signing the memorandum is a milestone in the further development of the cooperation between the Bank of Russia and the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
