Cybersecurity in Finance Forum programme
The first day of the event will feature a plenary session with the participation of Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina. It will centre around strategic areas of information security in the financial sector for the coming years, including the regulator’s plans to combat cyberfraud.
The programme of the forum comprises over 30 thematic sessions, e.g. innovations in the banking sector to counter cyberfraud, including those incorporating artificial intelligence. The participants will also discuss cybersecurity of the platform economy, import substitution, as well as preventing deepfakes and personal data leaks. Separate sessions will address training information security specialists, combating credit fraud, and other relevant issues.
The Cybersecurity in Finance Forum will take place in Yekaterinburg on 18–20 February 2026.
