Bank of Russia takes part in 29th meeting of Advisory Board on Foreign Exchange Policy of Central (National) Banks of EAEU Member States held in Kazakhstan
The meeting took place in Almaty on 14 November 2025. The participants discussed the economic situation, monetary policy implementation, as well as the regulation of digital financial assets and virtual assets (cryptocurrencies) in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
The Bank of Russia’s delegation was headed by Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina. The event was also attended by representatives of the Central Bank of Armenia, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On the same day, Elvira Nabiullina spoke at the 13th Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan.
