All-Russian Financial Culture Capital Competition to start on 18 September
The competition will be held for the second time. Each region may present its projects through 20 October 2025.
The competition is aimed at promoting financial culture among Russian people across the entire country and disseminating successful practices. Winners’ projects will receive informational, expert, and methodological support. Moreover, winning regions will host the annual closing conference on best practices in financial literacy.
The competition is arranged by the Bank of Russia and the Russian Ministry of Finance. The competition has been held annually since 2024, as decided by the Government of the Russian Federation. Winners will have a status of the Financial Culture Capital for one year. The Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Nizhny Novgorod Region were named the winners of the last year’s competition.
