Monitoring sectoral financial flows: incoming payments decreased in July

In July, the amount of incoming payments made through the Bank of Russia declined by 8.1% compared to the 2025 Q2 average. A decrease in receipts was recorded in all consolidated groups of industries and federal districts.
Excluding mining and quarrying, petroleum refining, and general government, the amount of incoming payments was down by 8%.
