Bank of Russia publishes plan for adopting regulations in 2019

By publishing the plan for adopting regulations for the current year, the Bank of Russia aims to boost the transparency of its regulatory policy, ensure the predictability of regulatory changes for market players and, therefore, increase the trust in the financial market as a whole.
In 2019, the Bank of Russia intends to issue 52 first priority regulations and 83 second priority regulations.
First priority status is assigned to documents issued to update the regulation in accordance with changes in federal laws.
Information will be updated as soon as new regulations are adopted. During the year, the plan may be amended following, among other things, the adoption of new federal laws that require that new regulations be used.
