Bank of Russia holds exhibitions in Russian cities to mark 80th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War

The coins depict legendary military equipment, monuments and memorials of glory as well as many landmark events, such as the breaking of the Leningrad blockade, the defence of Moscow, and the raising of the Victory Banner over the Reichstag.

Moscow has already opened the first exhibitions in its parks, garden squares, and recreation areas. From the end of April through June, the exhibits will be on display at the Mikhail Frunze Central House of Officers of the Russian Army.

The exhibition will be held in the parks, museums, and libraries of more than 80 Russian localities.
