Monitoring businesses: in November growth in business activity remains close to October levels

The Bank of Russia’s Business Climate Index was 5.5 p after 5.3 p in October. Business activity was expanding at rates close to October levels. Companies’ current estimates and short-term positive expectations regarding demand improved. The output estimates were moderate.
Businesses’ price expectations were up for the third consecutive month, reaching a fresh local high since May 2022.
