Inflation remains high though its annual rate declines in most regions over September

The annual growth rate of food prices fell most noticeably. Sugar went down in price year-on-year, while prices for fruit and vegetables, and eggs rose more slowly.

The annual growth rate of prices for non-food goods, in particular for cars, household appliances, and electronics, was lower.

The annual increase in prices for services remained almost as high as in August. Outbound tourism saw the highest price growth over the year.
