Monitoring businesses: business activity continues to grow, though less intensely

The Business Climate Index (BCI) of the Bank of Russia eased to 5.7 points in September (vs 6.8 points in August). Current output and demand estimates went on declining, while short-term expectations were more optimistic than in August. Companies’ price expectations edged up again across most industries.
