NPFs’ returns are positive in 2023

As of the end of 2023, weighted average returns on the pension savings and pension reserves of non-governmental pension funds (NPFs) reached 9.9% and 8.8%, respectively. Most NPFs’ returns exceeded inflation.
Both in 2023 Q4 and over the year in general, NPFs’ returns were primarily accounted for by coupons on debt securities.
