Bank of Russia, Russian Ministry of Finance, and National Bank of Republic of Belarus sign cooperation agreement to enhance financial literacy
The document provides for cooperation and an exchange of best practices in the elaboration and implementation of educational programmes, and the creation and use of digital resources in financial education.
The parties will evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of national strategies aimed at enhancing financial literacy, promote the volunteer movement, and support private initiatives.
The agreement envisages the exchange of information and training materials, educational products for various target audiences, including novice investors, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the most vulnerable groups of the population.
A special focus of this cooperation will be on financial literacy contests. Besides, the parties are going to arrange mutual consultations, conferences, and internships.
