Cheaper via FPS: fees for housing and utility companies

Housing and utility companies will be able to accept payments via the Faster Payments System (FPS) at even lower fees. The Bank of Russia has made a decision that, beginning from 1 May 2023, banks should reduce maximum fees for such companies from 0.4% to 0.2% of a payment amount, but the fee should not exceed 10 rubles.
