How to file a complaint to the Bank of Russia? Answers to these and other frequently asked finance-related questions can now be received from Alice voice assistant.
A special skill of Alice, CB Online, developed by the Bank of Russia and Yandex is available in Yandex applications, services and devices such as smart speakers, browser and navigator.
You can also play a finance-related game with Alice. Its character Alyosha may receive a tempting cash prize message, or find money, or lose a bank card. By answering questions and helping Alyosha overcome difficulties, players acquire useful skills: how to maintain a personal budget, competently manage savings, or avoid fraudsters’ traps.

The Bank of Russia tried to provide plain and clear answers to the questions that are most frequently asked.
