In this strategic document, the Bank of Russia provides its view of the implementation of monetary policy in the new economic environment and presents the baseline and alternative scenarios of economic development during the next three years.
As required by law, the Bank of Russia has submitted the draft Monetary Policy Guidelines to the President and the Government of the Russian Federation. Later, the document will be sent to the State Duma for consideration.
