Financial market development guidelines for next three years: final document

The Guidelines were prepared by the Bank of Russia jointly with the Government of the Russian Federation, financial market participants, and representatives of the expert and academic community.

The draft document was discussed at the State Duma and finalised following the parliament hearings.

The Bank of Russia sent the final document to the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma, and the National Financial Board.
