Amount of funds in escrow accounts in equity construction increased to 2.7 trillion rubles

The total amount of funds placed by equity housing construction participants in escrow accounts as of October 1 amounted to 2.7 trillion rubles. At the same time, 0.6 trillion rubles from escrow accounts for completed projects have already been transferred to developers or have been used to repay housing construction loans they received earlier.

The total limit of existing credit agreements concluded by banks and developers is 5.6 trillion rubles.
