Financial Market Participant Directory launched on Bank of Russia website

The Directory is designed to disclose information on the activity of financial market participants, including non-bank financial institutions, on the Bank of Russia website.

The first stage of the section development was completed in December 2015: the website started publishing register information on financial market participants with a search by full and short name, PSRN and TIN.

The second stage is to be completed by the end of 2016; it implies the disclosure of financial market participants’ public statements on the Bank of Russia website.

Currently, the Directory includes register information of the following financial market participants:

• professional securities market participants;
• asset managers of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds;
• specialised depositories of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds;
• joint-stock investment funds;
• clearing organisations;
• trade organisers;
• insurance agents;
• non-governmental pension funds;
• microfinance organisations;
• housing saving cooperatives;
• responsible actuaries;
• self-regulatory organisations (of actuaries, professional securities market participants, microfinance organisations, collective investment market agents, credit consumer cooperatives);
• accredited institutions certifying financial market specialists.
