Banking licence of LLC Drive Click Bank cancelled
By its Order No. OD-2495, dated 31 October 2025, the Bank of Russia cancelled the banking licence of Limited Liability Company Drive Click Bank, LLC Drive Click Bank (Registration No. 2168, Moscow). The credit institution ranked 111th by assets in the Russian banking system.1
The licence of LLC Drive Click Bank was cancelled2 following the request that the credit institution submitted to the Bank of Russia after the decision of its sole shareholder on its voluntary liquidation (in accordance with Article 61 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
A liquidation commission will be appointed to LLC Drive Click Bank.3
LLC Drive Click Bank is a member of the deposit insurance system.
