Ruslan Baluev appointed as Director of Information Technology Department

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 29 April 2025, Ruslan Baluev has been appointed as Director of the Information Technology Department.

Ruslan Baluev has been working at the Bank of Russia for over 14 years, including at its regional branches. Since January 2024, he has held the position of the Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department.
