On reorganization through acquisition

The Tuymen Division of the Urals Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of Federal Law No. 395-1, dated 2 December 1990, ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, notifies about the launch of a procedure to reorganize KHANTY-MANSIYSK BANK OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY through acquisition of the open joint-stock company Bank OTKRYTIYE and the open joint-stock company Novosibirsk Municipal Bank.
