The Bank of Russia has approved amendments to the plan for the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to participate in bankruptcy prevention measures for JSC GENBANK (Reg. 2490).
As decided, JSC Sobinbank (Reg. No. 1317) will be the investor.
