On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-3609, dated 15 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decision to appoint from 15 December 2015 a provisional administration to the insurance company ASKO SKEL Plus, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3400; location: 69 Krasny Prospekt, Novosibirsk, 630091; TIN 5406172754, PSRN 1025402451953; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3234, dated 19 November 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Ilya Pavlikov (mailing address: 101V Prospekt Mira, Moscow, 129085), a receiver, member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers ‘Interregional Centre of Experts and Professional Managers’ (101D Prospekt Mira, Moscow, 129085) has been approved as head of the provisional administration of the Company.
