On results of provisional administration-conducted inspection of financial standing of CB Credit Express LLC

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution CB Credit Express LLC (hereinafter, the Bank) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-630, dated 15.03.2018, following the revocation of its banking licence, in the course of examination of the bank’s financial standing has revealed actions performed by its former management and owners bearing the evidence of theft of property and that of intentions to conceal previous asset withdrawal transactions.

The provisional administration estimates the value of the Bank assets to be not more than 993 million rubles, vs 1,910 million of its liabilities to creditors.

On 12.04.2018, the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region recognised the bank as insolvent (bankrupt). The hearing is scheduled for 18.06.2018.

The Bank of Russia submitted the information on the financial transactions bearing the evidence of criminal offence conducted by the Bank’s executives to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for consideration and procedural decision making.
