On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-23, dated 14 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 14 January 2016 a provisional administration to the Capital City Insurance and Reinsurance Centre, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3770; location: Belokamennoye Chaussee, Estate 4, the town of Vidnoye, Leninsky District, Moscow Region, 142700; TIN 7744003649; PSRN 1047744004428; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company’s reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3650, dated 17 December 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir Smagin (mailing address: PO Box 9046, the town of Obninsk, Kaluga Region, 249039), a receiver, member of the Association Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers (29 Leninsky Avenue, Bldg. 8, Moscow, 119071) has been approved as head of the provisional administration of the Company.
