On final document of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision on net stable funding ratio (Basel III)

On 31 October 2014, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (hereinafter, the BCBS) published on its website in the Internet the final document Basel III: The Net Stable Funding Ratio, October 2014, on the procedure to calculate the net stable funding ratio (hereinafter, the NSFR), envisaged by Basel III reforms on liquidity risk regulation.

In accordance with BCBS schedule, the NSFR is to become effective as a regulatory requirement from 1 January 2018.
