On securities issue

On 12 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Taganrog Plant Priboi (the Rostov Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-34307-E-009D;

to resume the issue, to register the issue and the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Financial and Industrial Company FORTA (the city of Moscow), limited liability company, placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36495-R to the issue of securities;

to resume the issue of Class B non-convertible certified interest bearing mortgage backed housing bearer bonds of the joint-stock company Mortgage Agent VTB — BM 2 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-81563-H to the issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Shipbuilding Corporation (the city of Saint-Petersburg) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-55331-E-010D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Salekhardenergo (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area) placed through acquisition of shares of the joint-stock company by a municipal unit during the transformation into a joint-stock company of a municipal enterprise (including within the process of privatisation), state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50498-A;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Baikal Mining Company (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares of the established during transformation joint-stock company among shareholders of the joint-stock company reorganised through such transformation, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50519-A;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company MDB ISKRA named after I. I. Kartukov (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-07805-A-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Rusatom Overseas Inc. (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-81946-H-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company NPP Pulsar, scientific and production enterprise (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15532-A-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Shvabe (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14151-A-002D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Small Scale HPPs of Kabardino-Balkaria (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35034-E-002D.
