On refusal to include information in state register of microfinance organisations

On 9 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to include information on the following entities in the state register of microfinance organisations:

• MONARCH, limited liability company (the city of Cherepovets);
• Finatel, limited liability company (the city of Tomsk);
• Regional Microfinance Organisation Razmakh, limited liability company (the town of Lyskovo);
• Orion Centre, limited liability company (the city of Moscow);
• Finansist, limited liability company (the city of Yoshkar-Ola);
• DOVERIE, limited liability company (the town of Svetlogorsk);
• Mincofinancing Centre Bastion, limited liability company (the city of Kaliningrad);
• Centralniy, limited liability company (the city of Magnitogorsk);
• Alfa-Progress, limited liability company (the city of Saint Petersburg);
• Autonomous non-profit microfinance organisation PACIFIC CENTRE FOR CREDIT UNION DEVELOPMENT (the city of Vladivostok);
• DOMDENGIBARNAUL, limited liability company (the city of Barnaul).
