On 1 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register amendments and addenda to the Insurance Rules of the following unit investment funds:
Basis Trust, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Bazis Invest Management Company, limited liability company;
Investment Management, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company;
Rusnedra, closed-end direct investments unit investment fund managed by Alliance International, limited liability company;
Selena, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Finance Trade Asset Management, limited liability company;
Moscow Real Estate, closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by CSP Capital Asset Management, limited liability company;
Cascade, closed-end mixed investments unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;
Second Family Fund, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Business and Investment Management Company;
Concord and Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Eurasian Management Company, limited liability company, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;
NRK — Regional, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by NRK-Capital (Asset Management), limited liability company;
Savvinskie Palati, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by NRK-Capital (Asset Management), limited liability company;
TFG-Venture, closed-end venture unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company TRANSFINGROUP Management Company;
to register the rules of trust management of Korpus, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company United Financial Group INVEST.
