To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company TAXI MOSCOW placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-15101-А-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an issue and a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sirius placed through allocation of shares among the founders of the joint-stock company.

To assign state registration number 1-01-80182-N to the issue of securities.

To register additional issues of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company DIXY Yug placed through conversion of shares of the closed joint-stock company MEGAMART and the closed joint-stock company KOPILKA into additional shares of the closed joint-stock company DIXY Yug in the course of reorganisation through acquisition.

To assign state registration numbers 1-01-30264-Н-019D and 1-01-30264-Н-020D to the additional issues of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company NefteTransService placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-59621-Н-003D
