(2012), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

Reverse

in the centre of the disc to the left - the relief image of a Cathedral, to the right - a bell-tower and an arc, crowned by a cupola with the cross, below - the inscription on a wide ribbon: "г. ВОРОНЕЖ" (VORONEZH CITY), above at the rim - the semicircular inscription: "АЛЕКСЕЕВО-АКАТОВ МОНАСТЫРЬ" (ALEXEEVO-AKATOV MONASTERY), divided by the colored image of a Saint with the nimbus.
