on the mirror field of the disk – the relief image of the Loan Bank building, below on a background of a decorative element that repeats the pattern on the facade of the building – the inscription: "МОСКВА" (MOSCOW), to the left above along the rim – the inscription: "ЗДАНИЕ ССУДНОЙ КАЗНЫ" (BUILDING OF THE LOAN BANK).
