The 350th Anniversary of the Foundation of the City of Penza

Obverse

in the centre - the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it - the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim - on top: "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE RUBLES), below: to the left - indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre - the year of issue "2013 г." (2013), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

Reverse

in the centre of the disc on the mirror field - the relief image of the monument to the first settlers of Penza in the appearance of a man with the spear and plough standing close by a horse, in the background - the contour images of an urban block with houses and churches, below under the pedestal of the monument - the inscription on a ribbon with bent ends: "ПЕНЗА-350" (PENZA-350).
