in the centre of the disc, on the wide horizontal mirror stripe - the image of a hilly land, over it on the matted segment - the picture of a flying polar awl and the inscription along the rim: "ОСТРОВ ВРАНГЕЛЯ" (VRANGEL ISLAND), below on the matted segment to the left - the figure of a walrus, to the right of it - the emblem of the Eurasian Economic Community.
