Obverse

in the centre - the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it - the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim - on top: "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE RUBLES), below: to the left - indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre - the year of issue "2010 г." (2010), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

Reverse

in the centre in the frame of a vegetable ornament - the building of the Yaroslavl River Station, over it - inscription: "РЕЧНОЙ ВОКЗАЛ" (RIVER STATION), below in the foreground - a river underwater wing vessel, under it - inscription: "ЯРОСЛАВЛЬ" (YAROSLAVL).

The Yaroslavl River Station, built on the project of architect T. Sadovsky in 1976, keeps the integral unity with the historically formed building and the silhouette of the embankment. The station gives marvelous view of the embankment and the Volga River.
