Viola incisa
Obverse
a relief image of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation and a semicircular inscription above it along the rim: ‘РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ’ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) framed with paired diamonds on both sides, under the coat of arms there are the chemical symbol of the metal and fineness on the left and fine metal content and the mint trade mark on the right, at the bottom in the centre, in three lines, there is an inscription: ‘БАНК РОССИИ’ (BANK OF RUSSIA), the coin denomination: ‘2 РУБЛЯ’ (2 RUBLES), and the year of issue: ‘2022 г.’ (2022).
Reverse
an image of violet Viola incisa, with its flowers cast in relief with colour printing thereon, the leaves and the petioles cast using the technology of colour printing on the flat surface; a relief image of stones; an image of soil laser-treated for matte finishing; and the relief inscription ‘ФИАЛКА НАДРЕЗАННАЯ’ (VIOLA INCISA) along the upper rim.

Viola incisa is an endangered flowering plant in the family Violaceae. This violet can be found in Siberia, the Primorye Territory, and the Amur Region. It grows in short-grass steppe and thrives near deserted paths, close to mole mounds. The main limiting factor is a significant pasture load.
