Alexander Dymov

He received a degree in technology at the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering and a degree in economics at the Institute of Business and Economics. In
Career
In 1993, he began his career at the Sberbank Group as a Senior Economist of the Kuntsevo Branch in Moscow. In 1996, he was transferred to Sberbank’s headquarters where he held the posts of Deputy Director of the Operations Department, Director of the Analytical Division of the Treasury, and Director of the Tax Planning Division. In 2010, he became the Chairperson at the Severny Bank of Sberbank. In 2015, he was promoted to the position of Sberbank’s Vice President for regional development.
In 2016, he was appointed as the President of JSC VEB-leasing; and in June 2016, he was elected to the post of the company’s Director General.
On 24 March 2017, he was appointed as the Head of the Bank of Russia’s Risk Analysis Service.
