The Siberian Tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) – a big predator, one of the most smaller subspecies of tigers. The length of its body including the tail is 2,7-3,8,m., the height at withers 90-106 cm, average weight 60-106 kg. Inhabits some territories of the Primorsky Krai. Hunting for it on the territories of the Soviet Union and Russian Federation has been prohibited since 1947.
