Mariya Timoshenko

Education

In 1996, graduated from the Moscow Economics and Statistics Institute with a degree in applied mathematics and a qualification as a mathematician—software programmer.

Career

Started her career at the Bank of Russia more than 25 years ago at the Information Technology Centre, where she took part in software development and in the setup and deployment of automated systems, including systems for the inspection and supervisory units of the Bank of Russia. She continued working in the Bank of Russia’s Information Technology Department, where she managed IT-budgeting. Having moved to the Procurement Department, she headed the project for reengineering the Bank of Russia’s procurement system and took part in the development and implementation of a targeted procurement model at the Bank of Russia.
