Has a degree in law; completed advanced professional training in the Russian Customs Academy.

Has long-term experience of work at Russian defence and law enforcement agencies.

Since 2018: Director of the Information Security Department of the Bank of Russia.

He was awarded the medal of the Order ‘For Merit to the Fatherland’ 1st class.
