Tatyana Tikhonova to head Human Resources Department

From 26 December, Tatyana Tikhonova will become the Director of the Bank of Russia’s Human Resources Department.

She has over 25-year experience in personnel management in the financial sector and possesses deep expertise in creating management teams and transforming corporate culture.
