Credit Institutions’ compliance with open currency positions

The Bank of Russia informs that the earlier decisions on temporary easing, whereby the regulator may take no measures against credit institutions if they fail to comply with open currency positions, are applicable only to the credit institutions facing the foreign sanctions.
