On securities issue

On 6 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based closed joint-stock company KITFinance Non-governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-80170-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Pharmacy Chain 36.6 placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-07335-А-004D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund StalFond (the Vologda Region) placed through allocation of shares in the course of reorganisation through transformation, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-50171-А;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company TETRA placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 1-01-77132-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Moscow Metallurgical Plant Serp i Molot placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 1-03-00946-D-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an issue of preference registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia (the Krasnoyarsk Territory) placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 2-01-12044-F to the issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Federal State Research and Design Institute of Rare Metal Industry Giredmet placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55426-Е-006D;

to register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company SG-Trans placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) at lower par value, the state registration number of issue is 1-02-50069-А;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Siberian Chemical Combine (the Tomsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55409-Е-008D;

to resume the issue and to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol (the Rostov Region) placed through allocation of shares. To assign state registration number 1-01-50474-А to the issue of securities;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund AVTOVAZ (the Samara Region) placed through allocation of shares. To assign state registration number 1-01-50466-А to the issue of securities.
