Updates on credit institutions’ compliance with federal laws

The section Credit Institutions of the Bank of Russia website was updated on 28 July 2017 to reflect the following data:

• Information on credit institutions which conform to the requirements of Part 1 of Article 15¹ of Federal Law No. 214-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Participating in Shared-equity Construction of Multi-apartment Residences and Other Real Estate and Amending Certain Laws of the Russian Federation’, as of 1 July 2017;
• List of credit institutions which conform to the requirements of Part 1 of Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, ‘On Opening Bank Accounts and Letters of Credit and Concluding Bank Deposit Agreements and Securities Holders’ Registrar Services Agreements by Business Entities, which are of Strategic Significance for the Defence Industry Complex and the Security of the Russian Federation, and on Amending Certain Laws of the Russian Federation’, as of 1 July 2017.
• Information on credit institutions which conform to the capital requirements stipulated by Part 2 of Article 176 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and Part 6¹ of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On the Support Fund for the Reform of the Housing and Utilities Sector’, as of 1 July 2017.
