On issue of securities

On 11 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of series 03 non-convertible registered uncertified discount bonds of the OrgStroiFinance limited liability company placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-03-36355-R.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Remvooruzhenie placed through private subscription.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Acronit placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-04371-D-003D to the additional issue of securities.

To register amendments to the decision to issue series 02, 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and to the prospectus of series 01, 02, 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company TPGK-Finance placed through public subscription, state registration numbers of the issues are 4-02-69195-Н and 4-03-69195-Н.
