On bankruptcy prevention measures for Rost Bank JSC

The Bank of Russia approved the plan of its participation in resolution measures for Joint Stock Company Rost Bank, further referred to as Rost Bank JSC (Reg. No. 2888); this plan is further referred to as the Participation Plan.

As part of the Participation Plan, Limited Liability Company Fund of Banking Sector Consolidation Asset Management Company (FBSC AMC Ltd) is vested with the authority of a provisional administration of Rost Bank JSC, effective15 March 2018.

The measures provided for by the Participation Plan will ensure that Rost Bank JSC continues its activity with regard to servicing its clients and performing its existing obligations.
